What will this require of me?

You will need to be willing to learn new truths and put them into practice. You simply need an internal “yes”! It is not complicated. You do not have to strain your will power. You do not have to fight yourself. In fact, never fight yourself. Your willingness is simply giving yourself permission to see the new you.

How long will it take to heal?

Using our blended methods of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness Therapy you may begin noticing some shifts during our first sessions. Some people may experience a relatively quick recovery. Some clients see a significant change after 3 months.

Positive breakthroughs will appear more frequently and rapidly as new skills are put into practice. Some clients take their skills and put them to use on their own, and discontinue these services after 6 months. Some clients want to stay on board to capitalize on the work that we have done and cement their new mindset, so they desire a year-long course.

Some clients want regular support year in and year out. It is an individual pace and path. It is our desire to support the length of time you determine is best for you. It is the small, step-by step changes that will steadily snowball into significant recovery allowing you to create the life that you’ve always desired.

What if I need extra help?

We have designed various levels of support. If you would like additional, one-on-one coaching with Cori, you’ll have exclusive opportunities once inside the member’s area to work on a deeper level with Cori.

Each of our programs, except the PEAK Membership Level, offers content calls and Q & A calls each week. These calls are recorded so you may listen at a time that is convenient for you. Cori asks you to submit questions you may have and you are also encouraged to suggest what topic you would like Cori to address on the next week’s call.

You also have access to our private Facebook group. We find this group can be a great source of support as each member works to transcend their anxiety.

What happens when doubt creeps in?

Here is the definition of “doubt”: fear; be afraid of. Feel uncertain about. It makes sense that someone with anxiety would likely experience some doubt along the way. I’ve been there, done that!

We anticipate this reaction. We also know most anxiety sufferers tell themselves to “calm down” and “don’t worry” when they feel fear. Well, here is some interesting information. Research by Alison Wood Brooks, Ph.D, out of Harvard University shows it is BETTER to be excited by the stress or fear. Instead of trying to calm down, get excited! Seems odd, doesn’t it? But, Alison Wood Brooks explains, “When people feel anxious and try to calm down, they are thinking about all the things that could go badly. When they are excited, they are thinking about how things could go well.” See, it is a shift in your thinking.

These are the skills and techniques we will teach and help you implement. With clear instruction from Cori, you will see that you can learn to generate excitement or whatever emotion you desire or need to transcend anxiety. You simply shift your thoughts! We will guide you.

Are the techniques hard?

The techniques are not hard. They may be foreign to your habitual reaction, but they are not hard. You need to be willing to accept and adopt new ways of how you think about anxiety and how you respond to anxiety. It does not require fighting or intense will power. Understanding through explanation is sometimes all it takes for some individuals to shift and restore their inner peacefulness. The secret lies in your attitude and response to fear.

How much will it cost me?

Like most coaches, therapists and clinicians, I do not take insurance. Our monthly membership cost is $47. If we were to accept insurance and you had a co-pay, the co-pay would likely be close to $47 for ONE visit. You pay $47 for 24-7 access to a video bank of resources ready to offer you relief in the middle of the night, if you need it.

You also get 2 calls a week (8 per month) and are part of our private Facebook community (if you desire)! We also know some people want anonymity while receiving treatment for anxiety and do not want this information on their mental health record.
